* Every house that goes through 3in1 listing process initially uses a listing agent to take pictures of the property, write a description and hold an open house.
* In phase 2 of the 3in1 listing process, the listing agent places the property on the MLS and has an opportunity to earn an increased commission if he/she can locate a buyer. Bid4Homes will continue to promote the property and refer potential buyers to the agent.
