The purpose of the 3in1Listing Program is to help Asset Managers sell more property faster. It's a program like no other in the industry.
The Bid4Homes 3in1Listing program brings together the expertise of a seller's broker network with our online auction experience too accelerate the sale of your properties.
If a seller does not have an agent, one of our senior customer service people will identify one of our preferred agents to assist you.
In Phase 1, the listing agent will take pictures of the property, write a description and hold an open house. They will prepare the physical auction information for posting on the Bid4Homes site by working through the 3in1 communications module. The online auction has an open bidding period during the last 14 days of Phase 1.
If your property is not sold in Phase 2, Bid4Homes will arrange with the seller's broker network to place the property in MLS and use other conventional marketing tools such as open houses and additional local media. The property will remain on the Bid4Homes site during Phase 2 with the status of "Make An Offer", in order to generate additional leads for the agent. This invites interested bidders to place bids that the seller can review through the 3in1 communications module.
If the property does not sell in Phase 2 (approximately 60 to 90 days), in Phase 3, we will have a much better idea of what price the market can reasonably bear. Our customer service representatives will work with your agent to identify the best type of auction to use to sell the property and the property will be re-auctioned.
In the auction phase, your property will be syndicated on the RealtyTrac website. Together, RealtyTrac and Bid4Homes have over 3 million registered users.

Bid4Homes is Bid4Assets' enhanced real estate site. Bid4Assets was founded in 1999 and over 55,000 real estate assets (real property) have been sold through online auctions on this site. At Bid4Homes, sellers will find a site designed to accelerate the disposition of real estate. This new site carries only real estate and offers sellers (and buyers) new levels of online support.
There are several major differences between the Bid4Assets and Bid4Home site that reflect this enhanced level of service.
*Many properties on Bid4Homes will be for sale through a program for sellers and their agents called the 3in1Listings program. The 3in1 Listing program is designed to help sell more property faster. It brings the Bid4Homes online auction experience together with the expertise of the broker or broker network.

There will be a choice of ways to buy property, some at online auction and some through "Make An Offer".
*Bid4Homes is affiliated with RealtyTrac® and this makes it possible for some properties listed on Bid4Homes, to be syndicated onto the RealtyTrac®. Together, RealtyTrac® and Bid4Homes have over 3 million subscribers who are interested in buying real estate.
*There are links to a broad selection of up-to-date information on the Bid4Homes site through the Bid4Homes' Resource Center. This will help buyers make better decisions faster.
